My school has received an email about paying an invoice

Payments should be made within 14 days of receiving your invoice. Late payment can mean that your access to our services is restricted.

If you're currently processing your school's payment, please let us know using this short form and tell us when we can expect payment. We'll get back to you and see what we can do to help.

If you have already let us know about payment and our finance team have given you a date which you have access too. Please ignore the latest email as this is automatic.


We have agreed to extend the payment for the invoice - why am I still receiving payment reminders?

Please ignore the payment reminders as theses automatically sent from our finance system and can't be stopped.

However we have made a note on our system that you will be paying at a later date and your schools access will not be disrupted. 


Details of your membership start dates and duration can be found in your invoice.
