The Key's cancellation policy

The Key has no set cancellation period for any of our subscriptions.

Membership can be cancelled at any point before the renewal date.

But if you do cancel before the renewal date, your membership will end when its set to expire.

We don't offer refunds for any early cancellations.

However, if it is passed the renewal date and the subscription has been used i.e. resources accessed/downloaded then payment is required.
