The Key is also fully optimised using Google Chrome and we have been having some accessing issues with other web-browsers.
We recommend you update your browsers or try using Google Chrome if you are having accessing issues.
Try a password reset . If it says it still is incorrect, please note that our emails and passwords are case sensitive. Your email must be in lowercase. Example - ExaMPLe@thekeysupport.com would need to be email@example.com.
