If you are experiencing issues with accessing KeyGPT, problems of this nature can be common and are often down to firewalls, content blockers (our courses cover sensitive topics) and/or security settings you have on site.
To solve the problem, we would suggest contacting your IT team and ask them to:
- app.cloud.scorm.com – allow HTTPS (port 443)
- *.cloudfront.net – allow HTTPS (port 443)
- @thekeysupport.com email domain > we use a few different aliases to trigger our emails from, so it might be best to whitelist thekeysupport.com as a whole for incoming email.
