If you are experiencing issues with accessing KeyGPT, problems of this nature can be common and are often down to firewalls, content blockers (our courses cover sensitive topics) and/or security settings you have on site.
To solve the problem, we would suggest contacting your IT team and ask them to:
- Run a ping command against ai.thekeysupport.com
- Try adding the IP returned to the firewall
- Try whitelisting our egress IP 34.105.193.87
