I'm having problems accessing KeyGPT

If you are experiencing issues with accessing KeyGPT, problems of this nature can be common and are often down to firewalls, content blockers (our courses cover sensitive topics) and/or security settings you have on site. 

In such circumstances we ask that you action the following (or pass on to your IT team/provider)

app.cloud.scorm.com – allow HTTPS (port 443)
 

*.cloudfront.net – allow HTTPS (port 443)
 

@thekeysupport.com email domain > we use a few different aliases to trigger our emails from, so it might be best to whitelist thekeysupport.com as a whole for incoming email.
