When you click on the 'Assign training' button you will be asked to complete the following process. These step makes sure your staff list in The Key is complete, accurate, and up to date before you start assigning training.
- Click on the Get started button
- Upload a spreadsheet or CSV of your staff list
- Once you have uploaded your file successfully, it will show on screen, including the colleagues details that you have uploaded. You have the ability to add and update users at this time as well.
- Your colleagues will be sent an email, asking them to confirm their account details
- You will then see a list of all the users that are already on your account, with the option to remove any old/no longer relevant accounts.

Your list will be updated and you will see an on screen confirmation of this, please click on 'Training dashboard' (highlighted below) to start allocating the training courses to your colleagues.
