What happens when I assign a piece of training?

When you assign training:

  1. Users receive an email notification that includes:

     
    • The course (or courses) assigned to them

       
    • Their due date

       
    • Direct links to start each course

       
    • A link to their 'MyKey Training' area, where they can view all assigned training in one place

       
  2. If the start date is in the future, the email will be sent on the start date — not immediately.

     

This ensures users are notified at the right time and have easy access to all their required training.
