Yes. The system will automatically send reminder emails if staff haven’t completed their assigned training.
Here’s how it works:
- Before the due date
- Reminders start 4 weeks before the due date.
- Staff receive 1 email per week.
- Each email includes all upcoming/assigned courses — so if they have 4 courses due, they get one email with 4 courses, not 4 separate emails.
- Reminders start 4 weeks before the due date.
- After the due date (overdue)
- If the training is still not completed, staff will receive two more reminder emails:
- 1 week after the due date
- 2 weeks after the due date
- 1 week after the due date
- After these two overdue emails, the reminders stop.
- If the training is still not completed, staff will receive two more reminder emails:
- For admins
As a Training Admin, you can filter by overdue training on your training dashboard to see who hasn’t completed their courses.
