You are able to upload PDF and standard MS Office file type (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well upload links to the Training Hub.
If you have a video you need to upload, you will need to host it somewhere such as Vimeo / YouTube / SharePoint and provide your staff with a direct link to this video.
Need to upload a PowerPoint?
If you need to upload a PowerPoint to send to your staff, you can easily convert this into PDF format so you can upload to The Key’s training hub. Please see the following instructions if you are using MS PowerPoint or Google Slides.
MS Powerpoint > Open the presentation you need > File > Export
* Select PDF from the dropdown > Click ‘Export’
Google Slides > File > Download > PDF
