Who can do this?
You must have Training Admin permissions to delete assignments.
Deleting a single assignment
Use this method when you need to remove one assignment at a time.
Login to The Key
Go to Training Hub
Go to the Dashboard area
Go to the Assignments tab
Select the course related to the assignments you want to delete
In the table at the bottom of the page, find the assignment you want to delete
Click the three-dot menu (…) to the right of the assignment
Select ‘Delete’ assignment and confirm the deletion when prompted
Deleting in bulk
Use this method to speed up the process when you need to remove multiple assignments at once.
Login to The Key
Go to Training Hub
Go to the Dashboard area
Go to the Assignments tab
Select the course related to the assignments you want to delete
In the table at the bottom of the page, find the assignments you want to delete
Click the checkbox to the left of each of the assignments you want to delete
Select ‘Delete assignments’ and confirm the deletion when prompted
