Setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to log into your account instantly using your existing Microsoft or Google credentials—no need to manage another password.

Overview of SSO Options

  • Google SSO: Use any personal Gmail account or Google Workspace email address.

  • Microsoft SSO: Use any personal Microsoft account (Outlook, Hotmail), work, or school account linked to Microsoft 365.

Method 1: Logging In with SSO for Existing Accounts

If you already have an account with us, ensure your account email address matches the email address associated with your Google or Microsoft profile.

  1. Navigate to the Log In page.

  2. Select either Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.

  3. A browser pop-up will appear requesting permission to access your profile details (email address and basic profile info).

  4. Enter your Microsoft or Google credentials (if not already logged in).

  5. Once authenticated, you will be redirected automatically to your dashboard.

Method 2: Creating a New Account via SSO

If you are new to the platform, you can register instantly without filling out a sign-up form.

  1. Go to the Sign Up page.

  2. Click Sign up with Google or Sign up with Microsoft.

  3. Authenticate through your provider in the pop-up window.

  4. Review and grant the requested permissions.

  5. Your account will be created immediately using your name and email from your provider.

Troubleshooting Common SSO Issues

  • Popup Blocked: If nothing opens after clicking the SSO button, check your browser address bar to allow pop-ups for our site.

  • Wrong Account Logged In: If you are automatically signed into the wrong profile, log out of Google or Microsoft in your browser, then try clicking the SSO button again to select the correct account.

  • Email Mismatch: If your platform account email differs from your Google/Microsoft email, SSO will create a brand new account instead of linking to your existing one.

  • Corporate Admin Restrictions: If you receive an "Admin Approval Required" message when attempting Microsoft SSO with a work account, your company's IT administrator must grant permission for external apps. Reach out to your internal IT team for access.
