How can I view and report on staff training across my trust?

This feature is only available to group training admins (schools level training admins have a dashboard but only for their particular school). Your Dashboard gives you a birds eye view of training completed and outstanding across your trust and you can have an overview of each schools and their training here.

You can click into any school to drill down more into the training results at that particular school.

If you click on a Learner's name you can see their outstanding training and also their training record.

You can also switch to the assignments tab to drill down into a particular assignment.

There is a drop down menu where you can filter by academic year

You can generate reports by selecting the Reports tab

There are some useful Quick Reports here that you can select

You can filter by training item, status or organisation as well as by academic year.

Once you have filtered to the view that you want you can download all certificates or export the records into a report.
