You can assign admin rights to a user by clicking on the edit pencil icon at the right along the line where their name is shown and this allows you to add organisation or training admin rights to that user.

Check and update admin permissions

To see who currently holds admin rights across your trust and individual schools, go to Manage Users. You'll see permissions listed next to each name, and you can filter the list using the drop-down menu.

To assign or change admin rights for a team member:

  1. Find their name in the Manage Users section.

  2. Click the pencil icon on the right side of their row.

  3. Select the admin rights you want to give them.
