How do I Bulk upload/add users? (please do this before starting to assign training)

Alternatively you can follow these steps below:

  1. Go to The Key homepage here

  2. Go to the top right hand corner of the website and click on the down arrow next to your name

  3. ​Click on 'Manage your account'

  4. Then click on 'Manage users', where you will see the option to 'Add users' (it is the pink box on the right hand side of the page).

  5. Here you have the option to 'Sync your staff list' or 'Add an individual user' (please scroll to the bottom of the page for this)

    To Sync your staff list:

    • Upload a spreadsheet or CSV of your staff list

  • Once you have uploaded your file successfully, it will show on screen, including the colleagues details that you have uploaded. You have the ability to add and update users at this time as well.


  • Your colleagues will be sent an email, asking them to confirm their account details​


  • You will then see a list of all the users that are already on your account, with the option to remove any old/no longer relevant accounts.

  • Your list will be updated and you will see an on screen confirmation of this, please click on 'Training dashboard' (highlighted below) to start allocating the training courses to your colleagues.

Add an individual user:

  • Add their email address and select 'Send invites' or you can invite them by link, where you copy the link and then send it to them
