The bulk upload step makes sure your staff list in The Key is complete, accurate, and up to date before you start assigning training.
Here’s why it matters:
Accurate tracking: Ensures every staff member is included so you can reliably track completion and non-completion.
Seamless assignment: Prevents missing users and ensures training is assigned correctly.
Better reporting: A full, current staff list powers the Assigned Training Report for trustworthy data across your school or trust.
Smarter targeting: The bulk upload also lets you add job titles (e.g. Head Teacher, Teaching Staff, Caretaker, Premises Staff). When setting up training, you can filter by job title to assign the right courses to the right groups — easily and quickly.
