1) Are your courses compliant?
Yes, where there are requirements set out in national guidance or legislation, our courses meet them.
Guidance and legislation doesn’t often specify exactly what a training course needs to cover – requirements tend to focus on the broad topic you need to deliver, rather than what your staff need to learn or know. Where this is the case, we work with experts to make sure that each of our courses meets the needs of staff in your school.
Your LA or trust may set additional requirements for what training should include, that go beyond what’s set out in national guidance or legislation. If that’s the case for you, check the ‘overview’ section of each course page to find out what the course covers – if something you need isn’t there, get in touch and let us know.
The ‘overview’ section will also tell you who the course is suitable for, and whether specialist staff might need additional training to meet the demands of their roles.
We keep all of our courses up to date with the latest statutory guidance and legislation, and review them regularly to make sure they reflect best practice.
2) Who are they certified by?
Our courses are certified by The CPD Certification Service. That means that each accredited course meets high standards for both the information the course covers and the quality of the learning activities.
