For users with personal email addresses who need to retain training records: They can update their own email address, as shown in the attachment to this email, to keep their same account. Alternatively, they can be removed and readded using their new work email address during the Staff Sync/Bulk upload process. This would keep their past training records associated with their old email address on Reports within The Key. Moving forward any training they take will sit with their new updated email address.
