There are number of ways you can join a live event:
- Once you’ve registered to attend, you will receive an email confirming your attendance
- You will then receive an email reminder 30 minutes before the event starts which will include a direct link to the event
- If you added the event to your calendar upon booking, a link to the event will be in the calendar invitation
- Alternatively, if you access ideastream.thekeysupport.com and login on the day of a live event, a banner will appear which will include your link to join the event
