No. Internet Explorer no longer has the features available to support a modern website such as IdeaStream; on this basis we cannot guarantee the service will work as intended for members which access via this browser.
Microsoft has already stopped support of this browser in services such as Office 365 and from August 2011 will drop mainstream support; it is highly recommended to move away from this browser. Members are encouraged to use an alternative browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari.
BigMarker, the site we use to host our live events, has a useful diagnostic tool that a member could use to check if their own system settings are compatible.
