I am having trouble viewing the live events / accessing the live events

You need to be logged in to view our videos and live events. If you’re logged in, and still having trouble accessing our videos, it could be that your school network or firewall settings are preventing access. You can check this by using this System Checker : https://www.bigmarker.com/system_check

If this option is not ticked, it is likely you will need to contact your IT team to resolve this for you.

Your IT team can follow these instructions : https://bigmarker.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000532986 and that will allow you and your school to access live events within IdeaStream.
