I am having trouble viewing/logging on to the expert-led courses

You need to be logged in to view our videos and live events. If you’re logged in, and still having trouble accessing our videos, it could be that your school network or firewall settings are preventing access. You can check this by using this System Checker : https://www.bigmarker.com/system_check

If this option is not ticked, it is likely you will need to contact your IT team to resolve this for you.


Please note that courses are recorded, so if you do miss one session you will receive a copy within 48 hours, and you can continue with the training.
