How do I become the Administrator for my schools account?

Yes, we have an admin feature for your school account. To see if your school has an admin you can go to this link. 


If you have the row "Account Type" and can see Admins then your school has the feature to have admins. You can have as many admins at your school as you would like, they just need to go to Manage Users page and under row "Account Type" change "User" to "Admin" 

 

If your page does not look like above please contact our Support Team and we can update this from you. To do this please email enquiries@thekeysupport.com from your School email and ask for our new admin feature.

To ensure board documents are only shared with the right people we ask all boards to have an account ‘admin’. This is usually the clerk but can be another member of your board.  We suggest that as best practice you discuss admin rights with your board and minute any decisions.
